19 September, KATHMANDU: The final match of the SAFF women’s championship is going to be played between the national women’s teams of Nepal and Bangladesh today. The final match is starting today at 5 pm at Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu.
Anjila Tumbapo Subba, the captain of the Nepali National Women’s Football Team, said on her Facebook page that today is an important day. She said that they are competing with Bangladesh to make a historic day.
Since it is a golden opportunity to become the champion of the Women’s SAFF Championship among the domestic audience, She expressed her belief that the energy of the audience will make it easy for them to play. She expressed her desire to become a champion and celebrate the trophy with the home crowd.
